Unless other provisions are specified for the Gold Class, the game conditions of the 201. Class Lottery apply.
The Gold Class is an additional class of the 201. Class Lottery, in which on 16.02.2026 and on 20.04.2026 10 times gold worth EUR 100,000 each, 45 times gold worth EUR 50,000 each and 2,000 times gold worth EUR 1,500 each will be played.
The ticket numbers are identical to those of the 201. Class Lottery (1 to 250,000). The issue takes place either in whole tickets (10 ticket shares of one ticket number), in half tickets (5 ticket shares of one ticket number), in tenth tickets or in several tenth tickets. The ticket shares are distinguished by the digits 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. Basically, the participant receives the same ticket number and division for the Gold Class with which they participate in the 201. Class Lottery. However, there is no right to allocation of this ticket number and division for the Gold Class.
The game capital of the Gold Class amounts to EUR 25,000,000. The payout ratio is 50% of the turnover.
4.1 All those participants are eligible to participate who continuously participate with their ticket shares in the 201. Class Lottery from the 1st to the 4th class and have paid the ticket price for the Gold Class according to point 4.2.
4.2 The ticket price for the Gold Class is EUR 100 for the whole ticket, consequently EUR 50 for the half ticket and EUR 10 for the tenth ticket. If the ticket price is paid by at least 15.02.2026, the participant is eligible to participate on the two draw days of the Gold Class. After 15.02.2026, new entry into the Gold Class is no longer possible. For transfers or deposits, the date of dispatch at the bank or post office applies. A belatedly paid ticket price will be credited to the participant's settlement account or refunded to the participant at the respective business office according to the participant's wish.
4.3 All 250,000 tickets continuously participate in the Gold Class and can win per draw day a maximum of 1 time gold worth EUR 100,000 and 1 time gold worth EUR 1,500 or a maximum of 1 time gold worth EUR 50,000 and 1 time gold worth EUR 1,500.
The draws are public and take place according to § 16 para. 10 Gambling Act, BGBl. No. 620/1989 in the respectively valid version under the supervision of a public notary on the days specified in the prize plan, each time following the Monday and Super Class draw of the 201. Class Lottery in the drawing hall of the Austrian Lotteries, Rennweg 44, 1030 Vienna. The prizes of the Gold Class are determined in descending order of value. The prizes gold worth EUR 100,000 and gold worth EUR 50,000 are determined by drawing six-digit ticket numbers, the prizes gold worth EUR 1,500 are determined by drawing three-digit end numbers.
For the draws of the Class Lottery, the provisions of the draw procedure in the valid version that have been brought to the attention of the Federal Ministry of Finance apply.
Prizes are paid out in gold or in cash according to the winner's wish. When claiming prizes in gold, the participant will be paid gold prizes in the form of 1 kg gold bars, 100 g gold bars, 1 ounce Vienna Philharmonic in gold or 1/25 ounce Vienna Philharmonic in gold corresponding to the prize won, whereby for prize payment the exchange rate is always used that corresponds to the highest purchasable gold prize. Any remaining portions of the prize that cannot be paid out in the form of the defined gold prizes will be paid out in cash to the participant or credited to their settlement account.
The exchange rate used is the official selling price of the respective gold prize announced by the Austrian Mint immediately before the start of the draw on the respective draw day. Whole tickets receive the prize specified in the prize plan, partial tickets receive the corresponding share of the respective prize.
The prizes of the 1st draw day of the Gold Class are announced with the prize list of the 4th class, the prizes of the 2nd draw day of the Gold Class are announced with the prize list of the 6th class.
Prize claims that are not asserted by participants within three years after the last draw day of the Gold Class will be used entirely by the company for the participants in the company's games.
