Game conditions of the gold class of the 198th lottery
Unless otherwise stated for the gold class, the terms and conditions of the 198th Class Lottery apply.
1. Term
The gold class is an additional class to the 198th class lottery where on 19.08.2024 and on 21.10.2024 EUR 100,000.- are distributed 10 times in gold, EUR 50,000.- 45 times in gold and EUR 1,500.- 2,000 times in gold.
2. Ticket Numbers
The ticket numbers are identical to the 198th class lottery (1 to 250,000). The tickets are issued in whole tickets (10 ticket quotas of a ticket number), in half tickets (5 ticket quotas of a ticket number), in tenths of a ticket or in several tenths of a ticket. The ticket quotas are distinguished by the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. Generally, every game participant of the gold class receives the same ticket number and ticket denomination, with which he can participate in the {$currentLotterie->number}th class lottery. There is, however, no right to receive this ticket number and denomination for the gold class.
3. Gaming Capital, Payout Ratio
The gaming capital of the gold class amounts to EUR 25,000,000.-. The payout ratio amounts to 50% of the revenues.
4. Gaming Contract, Ticket Price
4.1 All game participants who are participating in the 198th class lottery with their ticket quotas continuously from the 1st to the 4th class and who have paid the ticket price for the gold class in accordance with point 4.2 are entitled to participate.
4.2 The ticket price for the gold class amounts to EUR 100.- for the entire ticket, therefore EUR 50.- for the half ticket and EUR 10.- for the tenth of a ticket. If the ticket price is paid before 18.08.2024 the game participant is entitled to participate in the two drawing days of the gold class. After 18.08.2024 a new entry in the gold class is not possible. When paying by bank transfer or deposit, the date of payment at the bank or post office will be considered as date of payment. If desired by the game participant, a ticket price that has been paid belatedly can be credited to the game participant’s account or can be retransferred to the game participant by the branch office.
4.3 All 250,000 tickets are continuously taking part in the gold class and can win a maximum of 1 time gold in the amount of EUR 100,000.- and 1 time gold in the amount of EUR 1,500.- or a maximum of 1 time gold in the amount of EUR 50,000.- and 1 time gold in the amount of EUR 1,500.- per drawing day.
5. Draws
The draws are public and are carried out under the supervision of a notary public in accordance with section 16 (10) of the Austrian Gaming Act, BGBl. Nr. 620/1989 in the applicable version on the dates that are indicated on the winning plan each time following the Monday draws and super class draws of the 198th class lottery in the drawing room of the Österreichischen Lotterien Gesellschaft m.b.H., 1030 Wien, Rennweg 44. The winnings of the gold class are determined in descending order. The gold winnings in the amount of EUR 100,000.- and gold in the amount of EUR 50,000.- are determined by drawing (from left to right) six-digit ticket numbers, the gold winnings in the amount of EUR 1,500.- are determined by drawing (from left to right) three-digit end numbers. For the draws of the class lottery the rules of the drawing procedure that have been brought to the attention of the Austrian Ministry of Finance apply in the applicable version.
6. Winning payout
Upon request of the winner, winnings are paid out in gold or in cash. Winning payouts of more than EUR 1,000.10.- are only made upon presentation of a valid official photo identification. When requesting a payout in gold, the game participant receives the winnings in the form of gold bars of 1kg, gold bars of 100g, 1 ounce of Vienna Philharmonic coins or 1/25th of an ounce of Vienna Philharmonic coins whereas the winning payout is based on the conversion rate corresponding with the highest possible purchasable gold. Remaining quotas of the winnings that cannot be paid out in the form of the defined gold winnings, are paid out in cash to the game participant or are credited to his account. The conversion rate for the selling price of the gold winning shall be the determined directly before the start of the drawing by Münze Österreich. Full tickets receive the winning that is indicated on the winning plan, partial tickets receive the respective quota of each winning.
7. Winning List
The winnings of the 1st drawing day of the gold class are announced with the winning list of the 4th class, the winnings of the 2nd drawing day of the gold class are announced with the winning list of the 6th class.
8. Payout Period
Winning tickets that have not been claimed by the game participants within three years after the last drawing date of the gold class will be fully used for the participants of the games of the Company.
